Tie up those laces and join us on the VA Beach boardwalk for the Dash & Splash, our annual 4 Mile & 1 Mile races. Runners, walkers and stroller pushers of all ages are welcome.

4 MILER:
The race begins at 9:30am on the boardwalk at 30th Street. Runners head south to the Rudee Inlet loop, and continue north back to their original starting point. All racers receive a long sleeve t-shirt and finisher's medal. Note the first 500 finishers will receive their medal on-site.

PACKET PICK UP:
Onsite registration will be hosted on the second floor at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront on Friday, February 4 from 2-7 pm. Onsite registration reopens at 8:30 am on race day. Please note, online registration will close on February 3 at Midnight.
