Grab your closest friends and family and come out for the New River Polar Plunge! Join hundreds of Special Olympics supporters for an icy dip into the New River, all for a great cause. Remember, it's $100 to Plunge, and you can earn cool incentives along the way. Register a team, pool your resources and have twice the fun!

Reminders:
- Heated changing tents and bathrooms will be available. We recommend bringing a change of warm clothes for after the plunge.
- We highly suggest wearing footwear, such as sneakers or water shoes, to take the plunge.
- This is an outdoor event. Please monitor the weather and dress accordingly. In the case of rain, there will be limited covered space, so please plan ahead.
- All plungers must raise $100 before taking the plunge.
- All earned incentives will be distributed on-site.
- This is a family-friendly, alcohol-free event.
- The plunge takes place in the New River at Bisset Park.
