Polar Plunge 2008 Incentives

We couldn't very well ask folks to run into the ice cold Atlantic Ocean just for the heck of it, so we've arranged for our registered plungers to get in on some really nice gifts and special thank you’s. If you have plunged before, you will notice that some of the incentive levels have changed, as have the great thank-you items.

$0-$99	You get to watch!
$100-$249	You get to plunge with thousands of other zany folks, all the associated bragging rights, and a commemorative sweatshirt.
$250-$599	You get everything the under $249 folks get, PLUS even more bragging rights, and the brand new coveted Polar Plunge beach towel.
$600-$999	Everything the under $599 plungers get, PLUS a free Hotel voucher for the night before or night after the plunge. This voucher is good for a standard room; upgrades are available for a small cost. You will need to call a plunge- friendly hotel to reserve your room. Make sure you ask for the Plunge Room Block.

$1000-1,499	Join the Bronze Plunger Club and earn everything already listed, PLUS a great embroidered messenger bag.
1,500-2,499	Join the Silver Plunger Club and the bragging rights get bigger. As a member of the silver plunger club you will earn everything above PLUS a woven afghan with the 2008 Plunge design, perfect for a cold day at the beach!
$2,500+	As the ultimate plunger, you will join the Gold Plunge Club. You clearly have the BIGGEST Bragging rights! You earn everything PLUS a great embroidered cold weather parka or a second hotel voucher. The choice is yours! You will be the envy of all the plungers. If you join the Bronze or Silver Plunger Club and bring your donation to pre-registration, your messenger bag and/or blanket will be ready on Plunge Day. If you bring your donation on Plunge Day, your prizes will be mailed to you post-plunge. If you join the Gold Plunger Club, you will need to try on the parka for the perfect fit. It then will be mailed to you post-plunge.
