The Polar Plunge Winter Festival happens entirely on the beach from 6th to 7th streets off Atlantic Avenue, in the heart of the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Parking is conveniently located at the 9th street public parking deck. Please do not park in any hotel parking lot unless you are a registered guest at that hotel. Polar Plunge sells out ALL the nearby hotels so their lots will be full with registered guests.
